— Admissions —
Fade ’Em All Barber Academy admits students based on one thing: their readiness and willingness to commit to becoming a licensed professional. No applicant is given preference or denied entry based on race, color, national origin, sex, religion, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. Our admissions requirements are published openly and applied consistently: prospective students are evaluated on their eligibility documentation, educational background, and demonstrated commitment to completing the program. The barber’s chair does not care where you come from. It cares about your skill, your work ethic, and your drive to build something. That is what we look for.
— Campus Environment —
Fade ’Em All Barber Academy is a place of open, honest learning. Students and instructors are encouraged to ask hard questions, challenge assumptions, and engage in respectful dialogue — about the craft, the industry, and the world around them. We do not tolerate harassment, intimidation, or any conduct that disrupts the educational environment or denies any student the right to learn. Our code of conduct applies equally to everyone. Every student has the right to speak freely, and every student has the right to learn in a focused, safe environment. Both are guaranteed and both are enforced.
— Curriculum & Hiring —
Our curriculum is built around what works in the real world — not ideology or trend. We teach the science and artistry of barbering, the fundamentals of business ownership, client service, and the professional standards required for the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation Barber License by Examination. Our instructors are hired based on professional expertise, proven ability to teach, and a genuine commitment to student success. No hiring decision is made on the basis of viewpoint, political affiliation, or any factor unrelated to competence and character. We build a team that reflects the breadth and diversity of the barbering profession and the community we serve.
— Cost & Outcomes —
We are transparent about what this education costs. Our full tuition and fee schedule is published and made available to every prospective student before enrollment. We walk every student through their total cost — including available scholarships and financing options — before they sign anything, so they can make a fully informed decision. We take the weight of that decision seriously. The barbering profession offers real, immediate earning potential, and we design our program to move graduates into the workforce as quickly as possible. We track our outcomes and use that data to strengthen what we do. A graduate who cannot earn a living from this education has not been well served — and we do not accept that outcome.
— Academic Integrity —
We do not pass students through with incomplete skill sets. Every student must demonstrate competency across all required areas of the curriculum — theory, sanitation, technique, and client service — before advancing. Grades and evaluations reflect actual performance. Students who are not meeting the standard receive honest feedback, targeted instruction, and a clear path to improvement — not inflated marks that hide unreadiness. On the matter of artificial intelligence: AI may support learning, but the hands-on skills required to earn the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation Barber License by Examination and serve real clients cannot be automated or substituted. In a profession where your work is visible and immediate, honest assessment is not a policy — it is a professional obligation.
— Florida First —
Fade ’Em All Barber Academy exists to serve the people of Jacksonville and the State of Florida. Florida’s demand for licensed barbers continues to grow, and we are here to meet it. We prioritize enrollment of students who are authorized to work in the United States and who intend to build their careers in Florida’s workforce. Our program is designed with one purpose: producing professionals who are ready to serve clients, build businesses, and contribute to their local economy from the first day of their career. We are not a stepping stone to somewhere else. We are a launchpad — right here in Florida.
